Talent Alpha is a platform that connects software agencies with skilled professionals, enabling agencies to source talent quickly. We were brought in to research the current application flow, analyze potential user stories, and refine the platform’s future direction.
Our user research led to valuable insights and new feature ideas, ensuring that the app aligns with the needs of its users. In addition, we designed a recommendation algorithm to improve the matching process between applicants and job opportunities.
