We designed a DAO-based application for a software development company aiming to enhance employee engagement and task reporting. The system integrates with Mattermost, the company's existing communication platform, to reward employees with points for completing tasks and participating in various activities.
These points could later be exchanged for rewards, providing tangible incentives for their efforts. By simplifying the tools employees use and aligning the reward system with their daily communication, the solution significantly improved employee motivation and company productivity.
